Set Heroku App Name and API

Goto https://dashboard.heroku.com/account and scroll down till you see the Title API key (as shown in the screenshot), click on reveal to see the Heroku API key, copy it and paste in settings with the var HEROKU_API_KEY

Fill HEROKU_API_KEY and HEROKU_APP_NAME in heroku vars as shown in above screenshot
